A distinguished Colombian requinto player, born in Bogotá and residing in Bucaramanga. A
chemical engineer and master's student at the Universidad Industrial de Santander, she
balances her academic career with an outstanding musical trajectory. Winner of numerous
national competitions, including the Cacique Tundama, Cuyabrito de Oro, and the Festival del
Pasillo Colombiano, she has been invited to prestigious cultural events and has produced her
first album, *"El Ángel del Requinto."* Valentina is a prominent figure in Colombian Andean
folklore, bringing the requinto to new generations.
